OnLoop is looking for amazing full-stack engineers to continue building out our one-of-a-kind, mobile native product to reinvent how hybrid teams are assessed and developed in this new post-pandemic normal. Our founders were tired of the time-consuming yet biased and anxiety riddled traditional approaches to performance management to abolish an archaic industry and replace it with something new — Collaborative Team Development (CTD).
You’ll be part of a highly collaborative cross-functional agile team that includes frontend and backend engineers, design and product owners. Responsibilities
- Work closely with product and design, providing technical insights and perspective to plan and execute our product roadmap
- Provide technical leadership and support the engineering team
- Provide best practices and guidance around Coding, Architecture, DevOps and Agile best practices
- Mentor and coach fellow engineers
- Promote and build a test first culture
- Design and build scalable software solutions
- Create and maintain technical documentation to accurately represent application design and code
Successful candidates will have
- Experience in frontend development (JS, TypeScript, CSS, HTML, React, Vue) and backend development (NodeJS, ExpressJS, NestJS)
- Experience in working in any of the following Cloud Providers (GCP, AWS or Azure)
- Experience in working on any NoSQL databases (Firestore, DynamoDB, MongoDB)
- Good understanding of applying SOLID principles
- Understanding DevOps and hands on experience in setting up basic CI/CD pipelines
- Understanding of API design with hands on experience in API first development
- Understanding of any test automation framework
- Exposure to mobile development (flutter)
- Exposure to docker and k8s
