OnLoop is looking for amazing software engineers to continue building out our one-of-a-kind, mobile native product to reinvent how hybrid teams are assessed and developed in this new post-pandemic normal. Our founders were tired of the time-consuming yet biased and anxiety riddled traditional approaches to performance management to abolish an archaic industry and replace it with something new — Collaborative Team Development (CTD).

Minimum Requirements
Strong industry experience using the following technologies:
- At least 2 years of experience with JavaScript/TypeScript
- Node.js, specifically Express framework
- Experience with Firebase
- Google Cloud Platform (preferred) or AWS or Microsoft Azure experience
- Experience building APIs for mobile and web applications
- Experience working with relational and NoSQL databases like MongoDB
- Experience in designing and implementing scalable and high performance systems
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with server-side security best practices
- Familiar with DevOps roles
- Experience with CI/CD processes
- Experience using Docker and/or Kubernetes
- Launched at least 1 production-level system and/or helped scale an existing backend to enterprise-grade traffic.
