    If you would like to start with any of our services, such as leadership offsites or manager training, contact us to get a quote and let us know your timelines.

  • OnLoop can work alongside any existing enterprise systems. As an app, OnLoop lives on your phone and is designed for frequent and convenient usage. Data such as the organization chart and goals can be uploaded into OnLoop, and performance review documents (Prism Summaries) can be exported into other systems.

  • We have a dedicated Customer Success team that will work with you and be your point of contact, from onboarding to any questions you might have after implementation.

  • We have tiered pricing for the OnLoop platform, based on organization and team size. Services are customized based on your requirements.

  • We currently accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express, processed via Stripe. Bank transfers are possible for select clients.

  • Different organizations are at different stages of growth, which is why we offer a range of services and solutions. If you already have a good culture of goal alignment and feedback, then start with the OnLoop platform. If you are a maturing organization and looking to implement Collaborative Team Development to help you develop that culture, then start with leadership preparation or manager training.
