Manager Training Program

Empowering managers is what OnLoop is about. Over a span of 12 weeks, the manager training program will instruct you on how to implement Collaborative Team Development™ (CTD) within your team.

We will provide guidance through practical workshops and continuous feedback to ensure long-lasting success for each team member.

Manager training program (12 weeks)

The CTD framework articulates a hierarchical list of 5 manager actions to better understand team member needs and the actions required to enable them to perform their best work.

What’s included:

  • 4-hour kick-off workshop at the start of the course

  • 2-hour mid-point check in, about 6 weeks after the kick-off

  • Prism Summaries generation and review at the end of 12 weeks

Kick-off workshop:

  • Culture check & introduction to CTD

  • Understanding CTD

    • Energy levels

    • Goals

    • Feedback & growth

  • Bringing it all together and next steps

Mid-point check:

Tailored to meet specific challenges managers are facing.

Potential topics include (but not limited to):

  • How to build CTD team habits

  • How to set goals effectively

  • Feedback 101

Prism Summaries review:

Prism Summaries (which provide insight into progress) will be generated for discussion.

Review with managers include:

  • Reflections and key learnings from the 12-week process

  • Anchoring practices moving forward
